Mengapa MUI tidak mengeluarkan fatwa "dilarang korupsi"????

Why is it the MUI (an assembly of hundreds of Muslim scholars) has never issued a fatwa gainst the hypocrisy, graft, and corruption that is endemic in Indonesian society. I am living in Indonesia and constantly shocked by everyone lying and cheating. Why is it that you may call yourself a Mulsim and then turn your face and cheat on everything you do. Even the Middle East people that I do business with are always surprised by the Indonesian brand of Islam where talking bribes and robbing everyone and everthing is a way of life. Perhaps the MUI members have taken a bribe themselves. No one would be surprsied with this. No wonder Indonesians are looked down on by everyone around the world.
